Is Pro Clubs down?
EA doesn’t offer a status feed other sites can read, so we don’t guess. Here are the official places that show live status, the Clubs issues EA has acknowledged, and the fixes that work.

How to fix Clubs connection problems
- Check EA first. If the status page or @EASFCDirect shows an outage or maintenance, wait it out. Nothing on your side will fix it.
- Restart the game. EA says you can get connection problems if you were matched to a different game data center than usual.
- Check your Clubs matchmaking region in Clubs Settings if your League matches have high ping.
- Restart your router (off for at least 30 seconds), play on a wired connection, and stop downloads or 4K streams on the network.
- Don’t use a VPN. EA advises against it. On Wi-Fi, use 5 GHz.
- Note the exact error message. EA hasn’t published a list of FC 27 error codes, so the wording is what support needs.
- Platform fixes: on Xbox run the network test and check NAT; on PS5 restore licences or rebuild the database in Safe Mode; on PC repair the game files in the EA app or Steam and close overlays.
Stuck in a queue with your club? Walk into the Clubhouse to reset the party, or restart. Can’t get into a lobby? Accept the cross-play prompt: declining it can leave you on an endless loading screen. Maintenance times
EA doesn’t publish a fixed maintenance schedule. Windows are announced on @EASFCDirect, usually a few hours ahead, and normally start in the European early morning (around 04:00–08:00 UTC). They last one to six hours and often cover several FC games at once. Match creation is switched off 30 minutes before maintenance starts, so a Clubs match that won’t start just before a window is expected.

Check the matchmaking region in Clubs Settings (an EA staff reply recommends it for high League ping), play wired, and stop downloads on your network. A game data center hosts every Clubs match, so a far-away data center means higher ping.
Can I choose my server in The Grounds?
No. EA places you in a Grounds world by region and ping site, and there’s no setting to pick a server or cap your ping. The Clubs matchmaking region is a separate setting.
